About this app

Boutik replaces the merchant's paper notebook. Create your products, print their QR labels, sell with one scan: your stock is always up to date, your numbers always in sight.

DICTATE YOUR DELIVERIES, THE AI WRITES THE FORMS
• Describe a delivery out loud, as you would to a seller: "twenty white Adidas T-shirts, size M, at five thousand francs"
• The AI fills in the forms — name, brand, sizes, colours, prices, quantities
• You check, you correct, then everything enters your stock in one tap
• Your dictations stay 14 days to finish reviewing, then are deleted

EVERYTHING WORKS, EVEN WITHOUT INTERNET Your data lives on your phone. No network at the market? Sell, collect, adjust stock — nothing ever blocks.

SELL IN SECONDS • Sell by scan (QR or barcode) or with one tap from the grid • Adjustable price at sale time, multi-item cart • Receipts shared as PDF or printed on a Bluetooth thermal printer

STOCK THAT NEVER LIES • Every movement is recorded: sales, restocks, adjustments • Low-stock alerts, full history per item • Products with variants (sizes, colours, volumes) created in one go.

CREDIT, PREORDERS, DELIVERIES • Credit sales: who owes what, payments tracked • Named preorders when stock runs short, free deposits • Sell now, deliver later, partial handovers — nothing gets lost

YOUR NUMBERS, CLEARLY • Revenue for the day, week or month • Best sellers by product or by item • Profit page protected by your device passcode

SEVERAL PHONES, ONE SHOP With an active pass, your shop backs up online and is shared across up to 5 phones: the seller collects, you follow.

30-DAY FREE TRIAL Every feature, no payment, no commitment. Then one simple pass: 1 month or 12 months, purchased in-app or by mobile money.

Built for West African merchants: CFA francs, mobile money, patchy networks and busy days.

What’s new

AI dictation: a “Dictations” tile in the Stock tab to resume your forms, playback works even in silent mode, and the app tells you when your monthly minutes are used up. Tablets: dictation shows in two panes, the list on the left and the thread on the right. Fixes and stability improvements.
