Worst ever Service. They don't respond to emails. Keep and keep calling. They even don't respond to calls. My phone is still there after 2 weeks and no updates after 'Repair initiation'. Backend process - worst. They don't send the correct link to pay and again get an excuse to make people wait. You need to improve a ton. Don't trust these guys.
More than 10 days and no updates regarding my phone. They don't respond to emails, they promise every time you call them and go back on their words. The slowest service I've ever seen. It's better to pay and get your phone repaired than to trust these guys. Terrible service ever. PS: before you people write a reply to this review asking to send an email about the issue, please check your inbox.
The worst customer care ever been trying to call them for four days always busy and will leave a message saying an excutiv will call back before 7...waited for 4 days to get the call back but still not go the call Wish I could give a negative star
Claim process is too slow.My phone is still in service center and it's more than 7 days.No phone or reply over mail.Issue: just a normal screen crack.
Oh.! The words wont describe how much i hate servify, the way they manipulate the customer into frustration is outstanding, i had to wait 5 days just to get a service estimate , no contact was made , i was not informed of this , the insurance people cancelled my repair request out of blue , m never going to repair my phone through servify again
I have given my phone....still servify is not giving any respond.....about my phone....it's already 2nd week......
