Existing member. Went to lot one store,staff asked to use app. But app cannot login even when selected Forget Password with either mobile no. Or membership no. Starting with JHS xxxxxxxxx How to continue patronise with this total failure app ?

I tried to upgrade to JFun but the verification code didnt showed up even after 2nd time I tried. Well Japan Home you need to seriously look at your customer service and IT support. Previously, my points was a negative which is ridiculous and the staff at 1KM & Paya Lebar mrt told you have system problems. I called office but couldnt get to anyone, as it was meant to be. So instead I just spent until a positive figure showed up in my points collected. I think it is better to shop elsewhere to save the frustrations. There are many places and online shop we can buy from. That way you wont have to worry about giving customers any discounts or perks. We dont need fake deals or empty promises from you. Fix your strategies or lose good customers!

Rubbish apps i ever used. Key in particulars and unable to use apps to collect japan home points. Unpleasant shopping. Wasting my time and energy to apply this apps. Band japan home. My points previously all gone after this app been implemented. Unable to retrieve my points.
