Diamond in the rough. Appointment schedule font on mobile is way way too small! Worst thing is you can't zoom in. App designer must go around with binoculars strapped to his face I'm presuming, or hasn't bothered to use it with a mobile phone. One sign of a nervous dev is when they don't allow you to feedback in app. It makes sense for you to enable in-app feedback especially since this is a new app still finding its feet. Unless you don't care?

26-10-2020 Update Today is Monday, everyone knows how busy it is. CLINIC ASSIST IS NO ASSIST. The system is down again. Phone calls are met with recorded messages. MOH pls note. Unreliable system. This app requires very frequent updating right when your clinic opens and the patients are waiting. Very inconvenient. When assistance was seek, I was told that there would be delays because the staff were working from home. A strange reply considering the fact that this is an online support provider.

Really user unfriendly! Downloaded the app, the main suppose of the app is to see schedule online, but the app perfectly defeat the purpose, can't see schedule inside. The mobile website version also very difficult to use, the ads is blocking you from fill up your particulars!!
