Requires intrusive permissions to track phone activity for "measuring network performance". Uses dark patterns to opt out. I only have a broadband plan. Terrible UI: buttons are all over the place, not consistently coloured to indicate that they can be interacted with. Ads in the middle of each page. Nuff said. Billing page is a mess and requires you to scroll down to the bottom of the current bill to see past bills. How long will the page get with more bills added?

This apps keep crashing. I have been trying to log in but once log in the app keeps indicating that it is unable to connect and thus unable to load the plan data. Thereafter when trying to reload, it logs you out and you repeat the same thing again. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. BTW I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Hence, to Sam (likely a bot) it does not work.

Used to be consolidated bills, then they decided to separate the acounts into 2 different accounts and bills. Not sure why I was logged out and can only view one account, resulting in late fee. Then not sure why though I can't view the other account, strangely I was able to activate the roaming for a number on the other account number, which is in the tablet. Resulting in great inconvenience.
