This app is the only way to get my phone bill (which is already inconvenient, I would prefer to do it from my PC browser). But it's become useable, as it won't remember login credentials and always requires a OTP (which it doesn't always send). Someone really needs to test the usability of this app. Probably better to keep it simple and bring back a straightforward PC Web interface.

Requires intrusive permissions to track phone activity for "measuring network performance". Uses dark patterns to opt out. I only have a broadband plan. Terrible UI: buttons are all over the place, not consistently coloured to indicate that they can be interacted with. Ads in the middle of each page. Nuff said. Billing page is a mess and requires you to scroll down to the bottom of the current bill to see past bills. How long will the page get with more bills added?
