Requires intrusive permissions to track phone activity for "measuring network performance". Uses dark patterns to opt out. I only have a broadband plan. Terrible UI: buttons are all over the place, not consistently coloured to indicate that they can be interacted with. Ads in the middle of each page. Nuff said. Billing page is a mess and requires you to scroll down to the bottom of the current bill to see past bills. How long will the page get with more bills added?

Your app is getting bad to worst. Super lagging, when change to another account, the whole app will freeze and cannot function at all. Need close app and open again each time to access a function.

App recurring payment using debit card still not settled. There is no option to setup in the UI aftet clicking Pay bills >> Debit card. Not fixed even after 3 working days as what was promised. They don't intend to fix the bug, just say a few pretty lines and do nothing. The whole dev team should be replaced. Send stupid sms to tell me debit card successfully transacted. Of course lah, I key in the card details again. Garbage service.
