Terrible service, the phone always hangs up when you ask for customer service or an agent, or after you choose your option. The AI voice supper broken. plus I've been with them since August, no working mobile data the entire time. they have no service near both my work and home. I have informed them. they didn't get back to me for 2 months. I had to call to get updates. they contacted me during working hours that I pricely told them, I'm not available... Just what! online people very incompetent

This app is the only way to get my phone bill (which is already inconvenient, I would prefer to do it from my PC browser). But it's become useable, as it won't remember login credentials and always requires a OTP (which it doesn't always send). Someone really needs to test the usability of this app. Probably better to keep it simple and bring back a straightforward PC Web interface.

sluggish and lagging. not well optimized. Almost a year later, app is still not optimized. More than twice already the app just refused to launch, on different phones (that means it's not the phones' problem). When that happens, there's no way to recover. Reboot phone, shut/force stop app, clear cache etc nothing works. The only way? Uninstall and reinstall and relogin. Annoying as hell. When it works, same experience as I've mentioned a year ago.. ie sluggish and lagging all the time.
