After getting the physical card....the app no longer shows barcode or ecard details. Emailing to their customer service leads to "forwarded your response to our membership team who will assist you". That was on 7/12. It is 23/12 with no response. Please update this app to fix your bugs. What is the point of downloading this app if it does not serve its purpose?

Wasn't the point of this app to replace our physical card? I installed this app, registered an account, just to realise that they couldn't even include a barcode for the stores to scan 😑 (I kept tapping the picture of the card thinking it would flip to show barcode, like other membership apps.) This is kinda dumb.
