Clearly, this app has not undergone UX acceptance testing or has not met the necessary criteria for roll-out. The very problem with this app is this: When you need to enter the verification code, the digit zero is not visible on the built-in numeric keypad. After requesting for a new code three times, I finally received a code without a zero in it. Then came the next problem. After entering the fourth digit, there was no response. Presumably there was a hidden button below the zero. There was no way to scroll the page to see if this was true. Out of curiosity, I tested the Popular MY app. The digit zero was visible on the built-in numeric keypad. I left the phone alone for a while, for about 30 minutes, and when I returned, I tried to enter the account by just keying in the email address and password I had keyed in during registration. Lo and behold, I managed to access the e-Card successfully. I am supposing the administration must have done something at the back end. For most parts hereafter the app works fine. The "More" section is not scrollable unlike the other 3 sections. I hope that is fixed. The other thing I hope the developers take care to provision is the ability to edit the profile page. It looks like there is some intention to do this, so I am looking forward to a better app. But for the initial frustration, I will give just 2 stars.
