Constantly closing App on my typical Note 9 Samsung phone updated as always to the latest software. Obviously the maker of this software is not concerned that this tool cannot effectively do the advertising for the properties inside. Cannot look up some of the very basic information stably or have time to type a feedback page without the App closing. Any submission of information causes the App to crash. Useless, utterly non technology oriented.

The X-value and % change is really inaccurate. It can suddenly change in X-value but showing % as no change. A personal market research (caveat + units on sale market check) also shows that the result shown does not really tally with the actual trend. Serious improvement hence needed! The App needs to enable more properties entrance for owner with multiple properties as well.

Agents does not provide more comprehensive information especially floor plans and race eligibility which are the top importance. Why make buyers ask if chinese is eligible and end up cannot when it is not stated in the listings? Why make buyers ask for floor plan and end up wasting time getting from agents or going down to see but realised doesn't suit the buyers? Think must at least make these two compulsory for their listings... WORST OF ALL, MANY LISTINGS ARE SOLD AND STILL THERE!
