Tertiary Scanner turns your phone into a document scanner that works entirely offline.

Capture a page with automatic edge detection and perspective correction, clean it up with on-device image filters, recognise its text with OCR, and export a multi-page PDF or JPGs. There is no backend, no analytics and no account — every step runs on your device, and nothing is uploaded anywhere.
