Formerly the “TL SimplyGo app”, the SimplyGo app integrates the key card-related features from the EZ-Link app and aims to provide commuters with a seamless experience for their transit ticketing needs and card-related services.

- Receive alerts on low card balance* [NEW]

The app is very slow and unresponsive. Upon opening the app, it just shows zero trips for my default card. I have to manually go into my cards and select trip details to see the info. The loading takes quite a bit and times out sometimes. A bit disappointing that the backbone infrastructure was not upgraded before announcing this drastic change which obviously resulted in a massive load spike. Nothing we can do but just accept it as it is.

Very poor app design. Login fails with "Try again" and no other error message (maybe their service is down??). Login button has to be pressed multiple times (seems to conflict with the keyboard). Password reset does not work when special characters are used (instead of restricting the use it throws a error message that the password needs to be different then the last 3, even if it is). All these issues before even using it....

This app doesn't even deserve a star. Tried to apply for a replacement concession card and on both occasions, the app just screwed up my online transactions. Email received showed successful transaction the first time, but the error code and site showed otherwise so I tried for the 2nd time and this time round, the e-nets pop-up was timed out. What a waste of time and I hope both transactions weren't successful, otherwise l'd have paid $40 for nothing!!!
