The OneService App is a convenient platform that allows you to submit feedback anytime, anywhere.
- Improve your neighbourhood by submitting feedback

Fix issues like cleanliness, pests and maintenance of greenery and infrastructure by using this App. We will help to direct your feedback to the relevant Town Council or authorities such as HDB, NEA, LTA and NParks. There is no need for you to indicate which agency is responsible!

This application is a Smart Nation Initiative developed by the Municipal Services Office. Municipal Services Office partners 17 Town Councils and 10 government agencies:
- Building and Construction Authority (BCA)
- Housing and Development Board (HDB)
- Land Transport Authority (LTA)
- National Environment Agency (NEA)
- National Parks Board (NParks)
- People’s Association (PA)
- PUB, the National Water Agency
- Singapore Land Authority (SLA)
- Singapore Police Force (SPF)
- Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA)

I would like to report an issue with the app. I have attempted to log in multiple times, but all attempts have been unsuccessful.I also tried accessing the service through thewebsite; however, I was unable to find any login option there.Overall, the system is not user-friendly, and this has caused inconvenience in accessing the services.

I'm pleased with the app usage so far. But I strongly recommend that cases should be rated only after they are resolved. Lack of response and timely updates on progress need to be improved. I understand that relevant agencies need time to tackle issues based on urgency priorities, but maybe some updates on the issue progress would be appreciated. Some matters like pigeons breeding issues. Which agency is handling? Nparks or Town council? it's confusing. Thanks for the efforts, and keep it up.

I would rate this app five stars if it included a feature for users to provide updates on reported issues. In a recent instance, an issue I reported was resolved quite promptly without the agency having to investigate. The ability to update the status within t4he app would streamline the process and potentially reduce the need for the town council to further investigate.
