No actions are taken. ❌ Issue are not addressed or resolved. ❌ ↪️ It’s ironic how this app is designed. Users must submit detailed reports explaining what happened, when it occurred, how it affects us, and provide photos or videos. Yet the responsible agency can mark an issue as “resolved” with a single click, without any visible action or proof of completion. This creates the illusion that issues are being effectively addressed, when in reality, they may not be resolved at all, lol.

HDB noise complaints cant be filed via OneService, where's the option selection? How is it OneService when noise complaints being one of the highest feedback. Recordings of the noise should be able to attach as well and not only just photos.
