The OneService App is a convenient platform that allows you to submit feedback anytime, anywhere.
- Improve your neighbourhood by submitting feedback

Fix issues like cleanliness, pests and maintenance of greenery and infrastructure by using this App. We will help to direct your feedback to the relevant Town Council or authorities such as HDB, NEA, LTA and NParks. There is no need for you to indicate which agency is responsible!

Broken App. Trying to report bulky waste. Cannot submit report without photo. Upload picture and immediately goes to a white screen. Back cancels whole the report. So in the end, cannot submit report. Is this how you plan on keeping the number of reports low? Selecting Date gives Field is required error. Have to select other dates and then select current date to clear error. Selecting location annoyingly forces you to search an actual map instead of just writing the address.

App is steadily getting better. Heic image upload is fixed, which helps a lot with storage on both sides. Now just need to ensure that all Town Councils are good Town Councils.

I'm very happy & gratified with the service provided by Alan Lam from Jurong/Clementi TownCouncil. The wasp/hornet nest was removed timely. Appreciate the prompt support, thanks very much!
