Fix issues like cleanliness, pests and maintenance of greenery and infrastructure by using this App. We will help to direct your feedback to the relevant Town Council or authorities such as HDB, NEA, LTA and NParks. There is no need for you to indicate which agency is responsible!

"Oops! Something went wrong, please try again later." Very useless error message, and seemingly the only thing the app does when trying to submit a case. If following reasonable coding practices, the app should be coded to at least inform the user of the cause of the error (maybe the server is down?) and of other possible actions they can take.

On 13 June 2026 I wanted to submit illegal parking at my block. After taking photos and typed in all details once clicked submit the whole things gone. Tried 2 and 3rd times the issue remains so eventually the car that illegally park at the handicap lot without a valid licence was able to do so the whole evening without getting summon. Please ensure your One Service App is reliable.

What's the point of having an app to report things but app's map cannot load thus not allowing a report to be submitted. what's wrong with submitting an uploaded picture instead of on the spot photo-taking to report illegal parking? makes absolutely no sense.
