The app has been very super leggy or late. Even in the library. Even the kiosks have gone backwards...always have issues scanning multiple books...end up everyone scanning books one by one. Very disappointing that things have become so backwards despite constant upgrading...I had a better experience borrowing books using kiosk service and app in 2019 and 2022..now it's not even comparable to 2019. Ridiculous upgrades.

The app is good when it works. Recent updates have rendered it almost unusable. Once launched, it loads, and continues loading. On those rare occasions when it works, after you navigate out of the home page, you cannot go back to it - it just displays a blank screen. You close and relaunch, only to have it loads and keeps loading. Perhaps the developers should focus on the basics first before adding more bells and whistles.

Not only has it abruptly logged me out, but there is no option to log back in. And in the lead up to this, the app has been incredibly buggy with long loading times and disrupts audio output (i.e. music stops playing) once it is launched. For someone who frequently borrows ebooks, this is really disappointing.
