horrible world cup streaming experience. Kept freezing in almost every match that I watched. I had no such issues with Netflix when watching live streams. MediaCorp kept gaving excuses that it could be due to my network connection but as mentioned above I have had no issues with Netflix. Furthermore, it takes so long to reload the live stream. In terms of quality mewatch is very far from other digital platforms. Poor service and quality.

Why are the ads soooo loud?! Especially the Wells, Sony ad. This is super frustrating. Don't you check these things when the ads were submitted? Instead of getting the benefits of advertising, the advertisers are getting cursed and hated. A quick check on Play Store shows complaints on this matter dating back to 2021, till the present. It's been five years. Nothing has been done to improve. What's wrong with you people?!

A small improvement request here, can the default volume setting be set at the same level for both Advertisement and programme? At present, the advertisement volume is too loud as the volume for programme is barely audible. This makes it very uncomforable watching, when the Ad comes up and scares/stun the viewers.
