Rently is the smarter way to handle rent in Singapore, Hong Kong and the United Arab Emirates. Add your lease once, link a payment method, and choose how rent gets handled each month — paid on time, timed to suit your cash flow, or earning rewards on every payment.

In Singapore and Hong Kong

- Delay Rent Payments¹ — Choose the date each month you pay Rently, up to your next rent due date. Rently pays your landlord on or before the due date in your tenancy agreement using its own funds, and you pay Rently on the date you picked, plus a service fee shown to you before you activate.
- Earn Rewards on Rent² — Pick up miles, cashback or vouchers on every rent payment.

In Singapore

- Lower Move-In Costs¹ — Don't drain your savings on day one. Rently pays your security deposit and upfront costs to the landlord, and you pay Rently on a schedule across the tenancy, plus a service fee shown to you before you activate.

In the United Arab Emirates

- Rent Now Pay Later³ — Your landlord is paid on the schedule in your tenancy contract. You pay Rently monthly instead of handing over post-dated cheques.

¹ Delay Rent Payments and Lower Move-In Costs are optional add-on products, subject to eligibility, identity verification and Rently's approval. Delay Rent Payments is offered in Singapore by Rently Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202206452W) and in Hong Kong by Rently HK Limited; Lower Move-In Costs is offered in Singapore only. Rently acts as principal and pays the landlord using its own funds. The amount payable by you is consideration for the service and the related payment-timing facility; that obligation arises at the time Rently makes the payment, is separate from your rent obligation under your tenancy agreement, cannot be cancelled retroactively, and is not affected by any dispute with your landlord, the early termination or expiry of your tenancy agreement, or how your landlord applies the payment. Your selected payment date cannot extend beyond your next scheduled rent payment date. Delay Rent Payments is recurring until cancelled. Late payment may result in administrative fees, suspension of services, referral to a collections agency, or recovery through legal proceedings, as stipulated in the agreement you accept in the app. Rently is not a payment intermediary, escrow agent, fiduciary, bank or money lender, and does not provide regulated credit services.

² Earn Rewards on Rent: rewards are provided by third-party partners and are subject to those partners' terms, conditions and eligibility requirements. Rently does not itself operate a rewards programme. Rently does not guarantee the availability of any specific reward type, and may reverse, withhold or reclaim rewards where the underlying payment is reversed, disputed or charged back, where your account is suspended or in breach of Rently's terms, where a partner programme is modified or discontinued, or where a reward was issued in error.

³ Rent Now Pay Later is offered in the United Arab Emirates only, subject to eligibility and Rently's approval. The product is operated under a property management license held within our UAE group entity. You are contractually obligated to pay Rently the amounts paid to your landlord in accordance with the agreement you accept in the app. Post-dated security cheques may be required at onboarding. Late payment may result in administrative fees, suspension of services, and recovery proceedings under UAE law, as stipulated in that agreement.

why are you showing uae instead of Singapore and I can't change the location. not sure what the product team is doing with this round of enhancements. very bad product management and experience

All unit listed inside this app is too expensive. And no response from the contacted postings. So felt useless. And wanted to delete the account. No option in the app,have to contact their support. No reply from them. They keep says cant find account. Not recommended

Downloaded app and tried to sign up. After NRIC verification, it hangs. Happened 5 times already. So going to uninstall...

What’s new

Rently now works in Singapore and Hong Kong as well as the UAE — pick your market when you open the app. This release also brings payment tracking, invoices, payment method management, in-app product sign-up, reward earning rates, cancellation requests, renewals promo codes and autocomplete for partners. The whole app has been rebuilt, so expect it to feel quicker throughout.
