Pros: Good for getting hawker food (limited choice) depending where you stay at a reasonable price for 1-3 person unless you're trying to buy low priced items like snacks/drinks, then it's not worth the $1.50 delivery fee per item. Cons: No option to feedback on the food/delivery service. Rarely follow simple notes like "no chilli". The call center has terrible reception. Can't hear or talk clearly. Spam emails & notifications. I'll only use this during the CB period. Passing rate 2.5 stars.

local food delivery app, great service and fast. only problem with the app when you uses credit card. when the OTP screen came on, I switch to messages to check the code, when I switch back to the app, it shows an error. Tried 3x and it didn't work. Had to download paylah, top up, then pay finally...almost missed the assigned time slot!

The first time I ordered I went through the entire process and when I pressed to pay, they said that it is not available. I managed to order in the end, but the loading takes too long and with these sudden notifications that it is not available, it makes it unpleasant to use the app. It's a good concept but user interface and overall needs to be improved.
