WhyQ has very poor service quality. In the past 2 weeks, 3 out of 3 times we had our orders delivered late -- all at least 30 mins past the given time slot. Today they were 1 hour late AND 2 items were missing! Customer service cited GPS error. We were able to see the driver drive around Jurong and Bukit Batok, there was no GPS error. If they are not able to cope with so many orders then they have a resource issue and we are not going to pay for that anymore.

Pros: Good for getting hawker food (limited choice) depending where you stay at a reasonable price for 1-3 person unless you're trying to buy low priced items like snacks/drinks, then it's not worth the $1.50 delivery fee per item. Cons: No option to feedback on the food/delivery service. Rarely follow simple notes like "no chilli". The call center has terrible reception. Can't hear or talk clearly. Spam emails & notifications. I'll only use this during the CB period. Passing rate 2.5 stars.

Stalls and food that are unavailable will still be listed, wasting customer service's time to call and change the order. Was informed that the order will be 30 minutes late and after calling, could not cancel order as the "food is on the way". This made me late for my appointment. The location of the food is less than a 30-minute commute away but still arrived much later than when I was informed that the "food is on the way." This call was at 12:24pm. Food still not here at 1:20pm
