About this app

This app provides remote control operation and fitting services for Sharp's Medical Listening Plug (hearing aid).

To ensure you use your Medical Listening Plug correctly, we offer the COCORO LISTENING service (remote fit service and customer support).

■Main Features
1. Remote Fit Service
・Personalization
This service allows you to perform a hearing check using the app, and a fitter will create setting data based on the check results.
・Scene Addition
Up to 10 setting data sets can be created for different usage environments (scenes), such as "online meeting" or "living room."
Up to 4 can be registered on the device, and you can switch between them according to the scene.
The setting data for the scenes is created by the fitter.
・Tuning Request
This service allows for fine-tuning of the setting data.
After using the device for a while, you can request adjustments to the current setting data via the app.
The fitting will adjust the setting data.

2. Customer Support
・Hearing Training
We provide advice on training methods through the app, working closely with customers until they can hear properly.

3. Remote Control Function for Medical Listening Plug
You can change various settings such as volume and scene of the Medical Listening Plug connected to the app.
