Bakery Exner is a very modern, medium-sized company in the immediate vicinity of Berlin and one of the largest employers in the beautiful asparagus town of Beelitz. The family bakery in Brandenburg stands for the highest quality and traditional processing methods.
As a guild baker, we only offer our customers the best quality: everything is handmade, honest and delicious. And thatâs been the case since 1928.
Whether it's bread from bread sommelier Tobias Exner, fresh rolls for breakfast, a quick snack in between or simply a break from everyday life - all of our products have one thing in common: always fresh, always regional, always made from the best ingredients. As a family business, we attach great importance to regionality and quality. And what applies to our baked goods is also important to us with our coffee, our cakes and our snack products.
In the Exner bakery, the knowledge of good bread and rolls was passed down from generation to generation.
Owner Tobias Exner remembers: âI think with joy of the many hours I spent in the bakery as a child and teenager. I remember my father Ingoâs enthusiasm when he took the most beautiful bread out of the oven.â
The story goes back to 1928. On Karl-Marx-Str. 12, a small bakery was built in Beelitz this year. The Exner family leased and bought this. Master baker Ingo Exner was able to fulfill his dream of becoming self-employed in 1976.
Today the family bakery is a modern, medium-sized company, has won multiple awards and is one of the largest employers in the beautiful asparagus town of Beelitz.
