About this app

The InClick application is intended for managing orders and customers of the system. After installing the application, the manager of a store that was created with the help of the platform, can receive notifications about the entry of new orders, view the order, collect the products in the order and complete the process of preparing an order for delivery by marking the products in the order as collected. After completing the collection of the order, a store manager can move the order to the "ready to ship" status to order a courier to transport the order to the customer's home. Also, within the app Mena Shop can see details of an order including the customer's phone and address for the purpose of preparing the shipment, the amount of the order, status of the order. During order processing, a store manager can update order statuses according to the completion of order processing processes.
