Although the selection is good, the app and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Not a seamless shopping experience. Update 7 Jul 2023: I accidentally bought some items in Aug 2022, as pre-order (as the app did not show those details). I've still have not got any of them even after multiple follow-ups. Update 2 Sep 2023: It's been more than a year since I pre-ordered, they are not even picking up their phone. Tried many times. I hope this info helps you in your decision making!

DO NOT install this app. I had ordered a McFarlane figure on 16th March and since i had not received it for a long time, i decided to cancel the order. But even the cancellation process is extremely ambiguous. They do not give you enough clarity about the dates or the emails. Please try to avoid buying from this pathetic excuse of a toy store.

What the hell happened to this store ? I ordered a McFarlane Toys Figure February it was supposed to come out on March, it's almost the end of April and I didn't get it I've e-mailed them and messaged them on Whatsapp for like a billion times! They just say it'll reach you this week when the week is over and I message them again They say you'll get it next week and the same thing happens, like a never ending cycle. Don't buy anything from here unless you want to go through hell.
