About this app

KADRIS 4 Mobile is a mobile app for Time & Attendance and timesheet management and is used also as means of identification in Access Control. It facilitates quick, reliable, secure, and simple way to clock-in and clock-out and manage attendance any time and any place, be it inside or outside premises. Functions are available also during internet or mobile network outages, as the data will be transferred the next time the device connects to the network.

SUPPORTED FUNCTIONS:
- Register and record clock-ins, clock-outs, and other time-based events both inside and outside company premises (e.g., fieldwork, working from home).
- Track attendance and absence in real-time (who, where, when, absence type).
- Announce, review, and approve all types of absence requests (e.g., hours, days, business trips, break), supported with automatic e-mail notifications, and monitor approved, rejected, and pending requests.
- Monitor real-time status of attendance and absence for all employees.
- Access your own documents (e.g., pay slips).
- Keep track of employee timesheets, days of leave, schedule or rosters and attendance data based on workplace, job, and shifts.
- Send roster change requests and preferences, and monitor approved, rejected, and pending roster changes.
- Open doors as part of Access Control.
