Well O’clock helps you fight digital distraction using a simple but powerful idea: physical reminders placed exactly where your habits happen. Each reminder is an NFC tag that you tap with your phone to instantly pause the apps that steal your attention. No gimmicks, no complicated dashboards—just a small touch that interrupts the mindless scroll and brings you back to the moment.
Digital wellbeing apps fail because everything happens inside the same phone that’s distracting you. Well O’clock breaks that loop by adding a real-world trigger your brain can’t ignore. Put one NFC reminder next to your bed, another on your desk, or attach it to your keys. Each time you touch it, Well O’clock pauses the apps you’ve selected and gives you space to refocus.
The result is less noise, fewer spirals of endless checking, and more time for the things that actually matter.
