inGenious is INEA's mobile application for secure access to services on the INEA inGenious web portal – anywhere and anytime.
WHAT IS INEA INGENIOUS?
INEA inGenious combines a web portal (interface) and a mobile experience: you open the same business environment on your phone or tablet as in a browser – adapted for mobile use. The application is intended for organizations that use INEA inGenious solutions and want to provide users with easy access to the portal without opening a separate browser.
KEY FEATURES
• Secure login – access with an account prepared for your organization by INEA.
• Connection to your server – in the settings, you enter the address of the server (host) to which the application connects.
• The entire web portal in the application – the content and functions of the INEA inGenious interface, adapted to the device screen.
• One solution for the entire team – business users stay in a familiar environment, at home, in the field or in the office.
WHO IS IT INTENDED FOR
The application is intended for INEA customers and users who have guaranteed access to the INEA inGenious service. Account creation takes place outside the application: INEA prepares the account and provides the login data to the customer via the agreed channel.
SECURITY AND PRIVACY
Data for logging in and working with the application are processed in accordance with security recommendations and the privacy policy published on the INEA website. Sensitive data is protected on the device by operating system mechanisms.
