I have used over 10 different banks apps over the years and this is by far the worst mobile and online banking I have ever seen. Good luck changing phones. 2 separate apps for separate accounts? Really? App lists a phone number for support that is out of service. Totally circular help screens that all lead to the same dead-end. Horribly convoluted setup and authentication process. Security is compromised by complexity and for this they win the award. Worst app and online banking ever.

I found it a bit confusing, that all my transactions have been refused by the bank. my old transactions online were smoothly done, only this month that I find difficult.

Very functional, intuitive, etc. To cut a long story short: very easy to use!
