The application "Long-term care" (DOD) is intended for contract providers of long-term care to record the services provided at home. The application allows keeping a record of services performed for an individual user and reviewing the work plan for an individual employee. It is used only by providers of long-term care in accordance with concluded contracts. The application does not allow the input of medical or diagnostic services and is not intended for direct use by home care users.
