support team were so unresponsive, how could I recommend this app to anyone if there has a lot of issues unresolved. support team be responsive!! another issue: please show app support button in the app where your experts and client easy to contact you. I spend hours finding your support email.. I already sent an email for a particular concern but there's no more response til' now!

Fraud Application. I collected 100$ with working of 2 months. Then I was unable to cash out. I reported the complaint but no reply. After 2 days, I was unable to login to my account. I emailed them but no reply. Total fraud app. Don't waste your time on fibler.

I think the app is good but the fact they delay payouts is very sketchy, why would they stay with someone's earnings for so long,its like they are up-to to some unlearn motive. I have earnings that I cashed out and have been processed yet and they have put my account on investigation yet the earnings are from the past three weeks. What they should be investigating is the recent earnings that are not cashed out. Any of the funds cashed out shouldn't be held since by allowing me to cashout you approve the earnings are rightfully mine.The application operators should be followed up with, I can smell a rat from afar.

These delays relate to one-time investigations on some accounts based on the user’s country, which is required not by us but by the payment banks as per the KYC rules imposed by laws for International money transfers.
We always do our best to speed up this process; your payment will be processed as soon as we get the awaited clearance.
