SIGMOP Terminal is the "device" application of the SIGMOP platform — Port Workforce Management Information System of AGEMAP BMOP, developed by GOLDENTECH SARL (Conakry, Guinea).
It is an INTERNAL PROFESSIONAL TOOL, installed on port devices. It can only be used after the device has been authorized by an AGEMAP BMOP administrator: without this authorization, the application remains in standby mode and displays no data. There is no free registration.
A single binary file covers several functions, activated remotely by the administrator when authorizing the device.
TIME LOGGING
• Dockworkers' attendance is recorded by scanning the QR code on their badge, entering the key, or using a contactless NFC badge.
• Offline queuing: on a dock without network coverage, clockings are saved on the device and automatically resumed as soon as the signal is restored.
• View daily orders, assignments, and delivery notes.
• Immediate visual and audio feedback with each reading, for use while standing, outdoors, or wearing gloves.
DISPLAY (TV MODE)
• Continuous scrolling of recent delivery notes on a room screen.
• Priority messages broadcast by management.
• Playback of informational videos.
• Landscape orientation, designed to remain on continuously.
ORDERS
• Order tracking for authorized stevedoring companies, with real-time calls and communication with the office.
IDENTIFICATION
• An authorized device scans an employee's badge and displays their professional ID: photo, position, team, seniority, and hire date.
PERSONAL AREA
• Each employee logs in with their badge and PIN: next assignment, hours worked, payroll, leave, time tracking, messaging, and notifications.
• Users authorized by the administration have access to additional management modules, including employee identification via their employee ID number and QR code.
SECURITY
Each device has a unique identifier and must be individually authorized. Communication with the server is encrypted. The data displayed is limited to the scope of the relevant stevedoring company.
An internet connection is required for synchronization; however, time tracking continues to function offline.
