Bible In Basic English with Audio feature!

The Bible In Basic English (BBE) is a translation of the Bible into Basic English. The BBE was translated by Professor S. H. Hooke. In an effort to simplify and make easy to understand the text he and his team limited the vocabulary to the standard 850 Basic English words. 100 words that were helpful to understand poetry were added along with 50 "Bible" words.

The Bible in Basic English strives to simplify the Bible so that more people worldwide can read and understand the text. By using the Basic English vocabulary, this goal is accomplished. The BBE is certainly straightforward and simple.

Very good app. Since a long time I searched to read the bible in English, but the app that I found in the past, the English was very difficult for me, because I'm a learner. But now with this new app a can read and understand more clearly the English words in the bible. Thanks so much and God bless you for your contribution.

- There should be an option of selecting male or female voice. - The audio should have autonomous read option.Currently It stops or loops the same verse..and it's difficult to hear handsfree.
