About this app

This application receives notifications of seismic events reported by the Geophysical Institute of Peru (IGP) through the National Seismological Center (CENSIS).
The National Seismological Center is a service developed by the Geophysical Institute of Peru, the official State institution in Geophysics, to monitor the occurrence of earthquakes in the country in order to deliver the most complete and timely information to the members of SINAGERD and the general population. . For this, data is available from the National Seismic Network whose sensors are distributed throughout the national territory.

Ratings and reviews

Very good app, the only thing is missing is to have a setting for filtering the notifications by location and by intensity, there is no need to be notified for a very small earthquake very far away. If that is added it will be great.

Need to be updated

Muy buena aplicación, una mejora sería personalizar laa notificaciones según la intensidad del sismo. Por otro lado ojalá las redes acelerográficas puedan transmitir rápidamente la información del sismo y mejorar el tiempo de comunicación/respuesta para alerta a todos los peruanos.
