Open Source Connection is a dating app for people who care about what they build and share: open source and code, games and music, the outdoors, books, and everything in between.

MATCH ON MORE THAN A PHOTO
• Say what you're looking for: a long-term relationship, something casual, new friends, or still figuring it out.
• Pick up to five interests, from open source and hackathons to hiking, cooking and board games.
• Discover people near you, filtered by age, gender and distance.

TALK WHEN YOU BOTH SAY YES
• Like or pass. When the like is mutual, it's a match.
• Chat with your matches in real time.
• Voice and video calls with your matches on paid plans.

SAFETY AND PRIVACY, BUILT IN
• Every member confirms their email address before they can see or contact anyone.
• Block or report a match right from your chat. Our team reviews every report.
• Other members never see your exact location. It's rounded to about a kilometre, and you can hide your distance altogether.
• Location data is removed from your photos when you upload them.
• Your last name is never shown to other members.
• Choose "Matches Only" visibility to stay out of Discover.
• Delete your account yourself, any time, from Settings.

PLANS
Open Source Connection is free to use. Optional paid plans add unlimited likes, undoing a swipe, seeing everyone who liked you, filtering by relationship goal and interests, priority in Discover, and voice and video calls.

What’s new

What's new in 1.0.15:
• Discover: when your filters are narrow, Discover now keeps looking past the nearest members instead of stopping. Load more people picks up where the last search stopped, and a new Keep looking button appears when nobody nearby matches but there are more people further out.
