Aura is the app for your crew. Connect to your Aura device via Bluetooth, track your friends’ real-time location, and stay informed about where everyone is — whether you’re at a festival, a hike, a ski trip, or a party.
WHO IS AURA FOR
Aura is for groups of people who want to stay connected even in environments where it’s hard to find each other — big events, mountains, forests, camping, cities with thousands of people.
Instead of constantly calling and looking for each other, all you need to do is look at the map.
WHAT AURA KNOWS
Live crew map
You can see exactly where your friends are. Locations are updated in real time, even if you have the app in the background. When someone moves, their pin moves too.
Connecting to an Aura device via Bluetooth
The Aura app communicates with the Aura hardware — a compact tracking device that will expand your range and capabilities even where mobile signal fails. When you first launch the app, it will find your device, pair with it, and configure it.
QR scanner for quick member addition
Add a new member to your crew by scanning a QR code. No need to manually enter names
or phone numbers.
Device telemetry
Battery status, GPS position, movement (IMU), signal — you can see everything directly in the app.
Suitable for travel, sports, outdoor activities, and professional use.
Map with history
Track not only your current position, but also where you've been. Everything is stored locally on the device.

BECAUSE WE DON'T TRACK YOU, BUT YOUR CREW
Aura doesn't sell your data. You only share your locations with people you've added to
your crew. Communication goes over an encrypted connection. Local data is stored
in a secure database.
PERMISSIONS — WHY WE ASK THEM
- Location (including in the background): so that your location is visible to the crew even when
you don't have the app open. Aura only uses location to share with your crew.
- Bluetooth: to find and communicate with your Aura device.
- Camera: to scan QR codes when adding members.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Android phone with Bluetooth Low Energy and GPS.
- (Optional) Aura hardware device. Without it, the app works to share
location with your mobile phone — with it you get full range and accuracy.
- Aura account (you create it in the app the first time you launch it).
