DiaLog is a simple application for recording and tracking blood glucose values and other data related to daily diabetes management.
It helps users keep a personal diary of measurements, follow overviews and trends, and organize records of blood glucose, insulin, and medications.

• record history,
• overviews and trends,
• approximate HbA1c estimate,
• comments,
• export of reports to PDF for consultation.
DiaLog is intended as a personal assistant for recording data. The application is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, insulin dose determination, treatment adjustment, or as a substitute for a doctor, laboratory examination, or recommendation from a healthcare professional.
The approximate HbA1c estimate is only an informative calculation based on user-entered values and does not replace laboratory HbA1c determination.
The user has control over their account and data. The account can be deleted directly in the app or via the account deletion page.
