SHMUapp is not an official SHMU app, it was created at the initiative of users and is a temporary alternative.

The application can be used for free with the use of advertisements, or for a fee in the premium version. You can read more about the types of ads and the data used to display them at https://support.google.com/admob/answer/7676680?hl=sk

Before reporting an error, please check the website www.shmu.sk, if the information is not displayed correctly there (radar outages, model Aladin), it will not be displayed even within the application

Troubleshooting

1. The application cannot be started after the update
In this case, it is necessary to delete the application data or reinstall the application

2. The application does not download any data
Either there is a problem with the Internet connection, or it is also possible that SHMÚ has changed the page


If you give the app location access, you'll receive location-specific alert notifications, your location will be plotted on a map, and you can choose the location closest to you in the products.

The application collects anonymous data about the use of the application in order to improve it. By installing, the user consents to the collection of this anonymous data.

The user of the application downloads data directly from the SHMÚ website and uses it exclusively for his own use. The application serves as a simplified SHMÚ web browser with add-ons. Data within the application is provided without warranty. The SHMÚ website is always authoritative.

Update: Found a DNS problem on VPN client site with the help of an app developer. All works fine again.

Great app, highly accurate for Slovakia. Intuitive and easy way to use Aladin and ECMWF forecasts and ensambles of the models. Also is available real-time meteorological ground information and radar images. Good job guys, I love the app just one suggestion the small widget can't display Bratislava centrum just Koliba, but in the app works ok.

Excellent widget,. But,,,,when i have temperature of closest station on my main screen, it changes on its own for other station. Also, would be nice if i could choose a station of my own choice - not just the closest one or whatever the widget gives me.thank you
