I'm trying to activate my account in the app to a Bulgarian number and I'm not getting a SMS. I tried on two different phones and numbers.

Fantastic app. Works well, once you get hang of it. I loved getting txt to confirm the ride and to see where the car was. A bit of instruction how it works wouldn't go amiss...just a screen showing start, destination, price and availability of options, such as book in advance...it is not clear where that info is, just like an arriw pointing to what you need to do first, then and what options are available. I had to look around a bit before I worked it out. Apart from that, great.

Short: A useless nightmare. Long: First you register a card you have to verify it using a merchant payment that not is carried out in-app but opens a browser. With double-verification that's a UX dream. But the main problem is the concept how the app works. As opposed to other app as Uber, Bolt or any other, you place your request and are directly asked to put a bid on extra money that you are willing to pay for the ride on top of the cost calculated by the app. The drivers then may choose to take you but if you don't bid they just ignore you and NEVER take you. Important to note: the calculated price is the real usual market price! So this is not a Taxi platform but a bidding platform and when you need to really get from point A to B you can forget it unless you pay absurd amounts of money.
