The app is not showing top upped credits, remaining balance, and some other balance details. I have contacted customer service via WhatsApp. Either they are not understanding english or they pretend to. It is sad to see such a big company is not able to deal with small technicalities

A bit confusing. Reply to Mirka: Of course. When activating additional data for countries outside of EU, there is nothing written about the fact you will be charged in every other billing period, unless you manually switch it off (it is not displayed when you open the app and u need to find it in settings), thus it is - or at least it was for me - pretty confusing. There is even written, when activating the service, "no monthly fee", which is true, only you will pay again for the whole packacge.

I hope you're working on a new app, because it's sooo hard to pay the invoices... It feels like a software from before 2010. I've tried other operators and this one feels the worst. In order to pay for the invoice I need to get through so many steps and that's really annoying. I can pay for everything in competitor's apps in seconds using just two essy taps. Also I have multiple products from you and I just can't pay for them all in the app. Just why? :(
