The app is not showing top upped credits, remaining balance, and some other balance details. I have contacted customer service via WhatsApp. Either they are not understanding english or they pretend to. It is sad to see such a big company is not able to deal with small technicalities

why can't there be a single UI, I feel like jumping between 3 apps, web, this is like a never ending story, but at least Gpay is now reading data from phone and I no more need to sign in with my Google account to make the payment.

I've got biz! start paušál and I can't change it to plus or max. On the Orange site is written: you can change your paušál every month when you need it and the change will take effect the next month. But where is this option located? I can't find it neither in môj Orange app nor on the Orange website zákaznícka zóna.
