Do you need to evaluate at what quality level your teams have performed their cleaning tasks? The mobile application "ManagerOnline Inspector" will give you the capability to focus on your profession. The only basic settings where your input is required, is your customer and object structure. You can simply create or import it in our web application "ManagerOnline". Now you are literally just one click away to start your inspection on the go or two clicks if you want to plan it on a longer term. Believe it! All you need to do now is to choose the location and the date you want to start your inspection and the ManagerOnline Inspector will do all the necessary magic to set you up. The ManagerOnline Inspector 1.0 operates for you with default settings according to ISO 2859-1 and EN 13549 when it comes to room samplings or acceptable quality levels, (AQL), based on risk categories. For rating the quality level of a room, the application is using 5 cleaning levels, recommended by APPA. The heart of all operations is a special developed template which also gives you the possibility to customize your inspections. You can choose a different AQL per Risk Group, stratified or random sampling or set a 100% sampling. In case the room doesn't meet the expectation, you will simply choose the deficient item, take a photo and use the photo marker to highlight the finding. Optional you can also describe it. Defining your down grated quality level is essential for corrective actions as well as for being as objective as possible. Inspect all sampled rooms to meet international audit standards, check ones more your findings if you like, sign it and submit the completed quality inspection. The web application ManagerOnline will pick up the results in real-time and a quality barometer in your dashboard will always tell you the overall current status of the cleaning performance across all inspected locations. In case a location has failed the expected quality level during the inspection, a notification will go instantly to the responsible person for recommending immediate corrective actions. All collected data are usable for several evaluation forms such as trend reports or inspection statistics. The ManagerOnline Inspector is developed to make it as easy and simple as possible for you to perform your cleaning quality inspection.
