The Rupi mobile application is intended for service technicians and field workers (electricians, plumbers, heating engineers and others). It facilitates the planning of orders, the recording of work performed and communication with customers, thus saving time and minimizing the number of errors.
Access to the application is secured by email and password. User accounts are centrally managed by the company administrator through the cloud B2B platform. Technicians use company e-mail addresses without the possibility of separate registration or deletion of accounts, which guarantees a high level of security and access control. If necessary, users can contact the administrator or customer support regarding account modifications or deletion.
In the future, we plan to add the function of direct registration and self-management of user accounts directly in the application, which will simplify the onboarding of new companies.
