SimFa is an invoicing and e-invoice mailbox for self-employed individuals and companies in Slovakia. You can issue an invoice in a minute, even from your phone, e-invoices from suppliers go straight to your app and the documents are read automatically.

E-INVOICES FROM 1. 1. 2027
From 1. 1. 2027, every entrepreneur in Slovakia must be able to receive e-invoices. You turn on the e-invoice mailbox in SimFa once and documents from suppliers then go straight to your app, even with a notification.

INVOICE IN A MINUTE
• invoice, advance invoice, credit note, price offer and delivery note
• you can search for the client by name or ID number in the register
• QR payment PAY by square directly on the invoice, the client pays with one scan
• you can send the invoice to the client by e-mail as a PDF or a link

DOCUMENTS WITHOUT TYPING
• you take a photo of the slip or upload a PDF and the data is read by itself
• you can classify the received documents into your own expense categories

BANK
• you can upload a bank statement and the payments are matched with the invoices
• you just confirm what the matching is not sure about

OVERVIEW OF MONEY
• you can see who owes you and what is overdue
• invoiced, paid and VAT in one place
• tax calendar with filing deadlines

FOR ACCOUNTING AND THE TEAM
• you can invite accounting and colleagues, everyone has own rights

• you can lock the app with your fingerprint or face
• login also via Google or Microsoft and with a second factor

You use SimFa with an account on simfa.sk. The app is for phones and tablets with Android, in light and dark mode, and you can also use the same account in the browser at app.simfa.sk.
