Staff is a task manager for small and medium-sized businesses. It combines tasks, time tracking, calendar, chat, video meetings, reports and file management into one application with your company's own branding.

Staff is used by owners and managers of companies from 3 to 50 people — marketing agencies, production crews, photo and video studios, event companies, small operations and teams that need one tool instead of a combination of Trello, Slack, Google Calendar and Excel.
WHAT STAFF CAN DO
Tasks and Kanban — modern drag and drop kanban task management with custom columns, labels, checklists, comments, priorities and deadlines. You can assign each task to a specific team member or an entire department.
Time tracking and attendance — start/stop stopwatches directly on the task card, manual records of time worked, daily and weekly attendance report. Suitable for billing clients and internal HR.
Reports — overviews of performance, attendance, utilization and hours worked for the entire company, individual departments or specific users. Exports to CSV.
Dashboard — customizable widgets with drag and drop order — tasks, team activity, statistics, calendar.
Calendar — team calendar with task deadlines, events and events. iCal export and synchronization with Google Calendar.
Chat — internal team communication with direct messages, groups, emoji reactions and attachments in real time via WebSocket.
Video meetings — 1:1 and group video calls via WebRTC directly in the application, screen sharing and connection to the calendar.
Files and gallery — folder structure, upload with antivirus control, thumbnails and gallery picker usable for events, newsletters and tasks.
Events — manage corporate events with name, date, location, description and linked gallery.
Newsletter — subscribers with GDPR double opt-in, campaigns with auto-generated content from company activity, SMTP sending.
Livestream — custom streams from mobile phones via RTMP and HLS, multi-cam switching, HTML overlay layer with score, subtitles and logo, recording archive.
Notifications — in-app alerts, daily email digest and push directly to mobile via Firebase.
My account — profile, password change, two-factor authentication (TOTP and email), recovery codes, activity overview, iCal tokens.
Trash and Audit log — all operations are logged for the admin, deleted items can be restored.
