What a disappointment. Best case scenario is severe incompetence, worst case scenario is outright fraud. The app can't complete a simple registration, saying 'service not reachable' when I try. Meanwhile, through the website I booked and payment went through. But I have received no ticket info to my phone or email. It's straight up fraud.

Worst App.. I booked tickets to depart on 29/10/2022. Then, when I go to the booking history, the departure date was changed to 28/10/2022. When I ask the railway they said that they can not do anything. They asked me to cancel the tickets and reserve new tickets again. Railway refund only 50%. This is how these institutions loot people money. If you cannot provide solution to a customer in case of a technical error. Then, don't intiate this type of things.

I'm on a tourist visa. The app doesn't let me use my Australian passport number to register as it says the number is invalid. Problem - ID validation has been set to only recognize Srilankan passports. 🤦 And you wonder why tourism in Srilanka is on a downward spiral. Edit - Got a local to register using a local ID and the OTP didn't come through. A waste of tax money 💰
