Amped Outdoors smart Battery monitor is designed to measure the current state of a battery's function, measuring voltage, current and capacity in real-time by Phone.
Amped Outdoors Battery monitors are easy-to-use devices that visibly and effectively display how long the battery's charge will last. It also calculates how much power the battery has versus how much charge is going out, while providing the approximate amount of time the battery will remain charged. There is a wide range of battery monitors, depending on the specific application. Some of the more identifiable monitors include RV battery monitors, marine battery monitors and car battery monitoring systems.

Amped Outdoors battery monitor can be used with Lead Acid, Lithium Iron Phosphate, AGM, Gel Cell and Nickel Metal Hydride batteries with a voltage range of 8V to 80V.

That app works great for the most part, but there have been instances where it holds the reading even after a full charge. I have to cycle the charger and either close the app completely or restart my phone before it reads a full charge. I'm not sure if the device communicates properly all the time. I've even tried running the battery a bit to see if the app updates the charge with no luck. Not a huge issue since I've figured it out for the most part, just annoying.

Cannot get the app to recognize the shunt. It pairs in Bluetooth, but will not connect, saying it needs an app. The app has already been downloaded. Should have been straightforward, it wasn't. Don't know if unit is bad or software is glitch.

Downloaded the app but it will not open. says it has a bug in the app. I've been trying to get it to work for a few days now.
