The POWA GBV mobile App places emergency services contacts at the hands of the citizens through mobile technology.
The App provides easy and quick access to victims of the Gender Based Violence (GBV) related crimes to help be it the Police, Ambulances and Social workers through an integrated GBV Command Centre at the Department of Social Development. The App will serve as platform to report specifically incidents related to GBV.
