Not a great app. cant scroll down to transaction level or upload payment documents. It takes long time for payments to update and that too much later than actual date August 2023. The website and app have both crashed. I mean in these times app and website are a necessity. Please make sure they are secure and are up and running.

Change your app team, both of your website and mobile app are not secure. Built in non-secure platform (PHP) which is super dangerous. Also its not stable, does not load. Where is Smarty City Digital leadership team and why they are not aware of this issue. Both app and website are down, no links working to show customers data. All customers data is on danger. I belive you guys have just very junior team, you should put money on this task and hire good team or delegate IT work to some company.

I haven't received my original receipts till now even after 2 years. Their staff is unprofessional and very bad response. No reply to emails and msgs. One guy gives others number and so on. No one to check their behavior. Third Class App. Keeps crashing again and again. If you get it to open somehow no way of existing it.
