I suffered for a while from a problem in installing the new update.. so i contacted the customer service and they where very helpful and patient to the last minute... they tried their best to solve the problem and they did... i totally recommend the app.. coz the after selling experience is more important than the app itself...

The worst possible service.. I installed the program more than once and each time it closed as soon as I opened it.. I sent an email to the company and it did not respond. I also tried to call the phone number mentioned and it is always closed. Unfortunately, it is a bad example for the Egyptian product 😡

This app is really helpful and user friendly. I had a problem registering late and missing the school's confirmation, they fixed it in just a few minutes. Deserves your trust for sure!
