Terrible experience with this company. I ordered over $100 worth of coppa and their shipping dept screwed up my order and throws blaming FedEx. I wasn't happy but people make mistakes. The customer support person said they'd get me a replacement and send me the shipping info......which never happened. They couldn't even send me the new shipping details. They could've at least overnighted it to me but here it is another week........and still no coppa. Unacceptable customer service
