SmartShield Pro Balancing is a professional offline engineering simulator and panel builder designed for electricians, electrical engineers, and panel designers. The application allows you to layout distribution panels on realistic DIN rails, calculate wire cross-sections, model leakage currents for residual current devices, and balance loads across three-phase electrical systems.

The core workspace features a vector canvas with magnetic snapping, collision detection, and realistic physical dimensions for standard modular equipment. As you configure your panel, the simulation engine calculates electrical currents, voltage drops, and thermal protection curves in real time. If a line experiences an overload or earth fault, the corresponding circuit breaker trips with authentic physical animations and visual current fade-out effects.

The advanced three-phase balancing engine uses optimization algorithms to evenly distribute single-phase loads across phases L1, L2, and L3. This minimizes neutral wire current, prevents voltage unbalance, and ensures compliance with international electrical safety standards such as IEC 60898 and IEC 61008.

Designed for complete offline operation, SmartShield Pro Balancing works anywhere without an active internet connection. You can generate comprehensive single-line diagrams, calculate total connected power, verify thermal dissipation inside the enclosure, and export detailed project documentation directly to PDF files ready for printing or client presentation.
