Louas is the tenants' app. Your landlord gives you access: your rent, receipts, documents, and communications are all in one place, on your phone.

YOUR RENT, CLEARLY
- The balance due and the next payment date as soon as you open the app
- Your complete payment history
- Each payment has a receipt, which you can view or download
- Your statement, line by line, with no surprises

PAYING SIMPLY
- Pay your rent by Mobile Money or card, once your landlord has enabled payment through the app
- The amount due is automatically entered: nothing to re-enter, no data entry errors
- The money goes directly to your landlord's account. Louas never holds your funds
- Did you pay in cash or by bank transfer? Report it in two taps, your landlord confirms, and your balance updates.

REPORT A PROBLEM
- A photo, a few words, and it's sent.
- Track the progress: received, in progress, resolved.
- Your landlord responds directly within the report thread.
