About this app

Free pocket cashbook for shopkeepers, traders, freelancers, and small-business
owners. Keep a running balance for every customer and supplier — the same way
you'd keep a paper khata, but with smart features that paper can't match.

Works offline from the first launch. Sign-in is optional. No ads, ever.


WHAT YOU CAN DO

📒 One ledger per person
A clean page for every customer and supplier with a clear running balance
and the full history of every cash-in / cash-out entry.

✏️ Quick entry
Log a transaction in seconds. Pick a category (Sale, Repayment, Purchase,
Rent, Salary, etc.), add a short note ("Diwali advance", "broken plates"),
and optionally set a due date for credit.

🔔 Reminders for pending dues
Mark money you've given out with a due date. The Reminders screen groups
everything into Overdue, Due this week, and Upcoming — so you never forget
to collect.

📊 Cash-flow reports
See your money in vs money out across the week, month, or year, broken
down by category. A clear bar chart for each period.

✏️ Edit anything
Wrong amount? Typo in a customer's name? Edit or delete contacts and
transactions any time. Deleting a contact preserves the transaction
history — those entries simply become Cash entries.

🌍 13 currencies supported
Indian Rupee, US Dollar, Euro, British Pound, BDT, NPR, PKR, LKR, AED,
SGD, MYR, CAD, AUD. Indian-style number grouping (12,34,567) for INR.

🛠 Custom categories
Add your own income and expense categories. Remove the ones you don't
use. Yours, not ours.

📤 Export anytime
Share your full ledger as a JSON file. Email it to your CA, save it
to your own drive, or just keep a record outside the app.


PRIVACY-FIRST DESIGN

Your data lives on your phone, inside the app's private storage that other
apps cannot read. Nothing leaves the phone unless you explicitly choose:

✓ No ads. Ever.
✓ No analytics, no behavioural tracking, no telemetry.
✓ No third-party SDKs phoning home.
✓ No location, no photos, no access to your phone's contact list.
✓ No advertising ID collected.


OPTIONAL CLOUD BACKUP

Sign in with Google any time to add cloud backup. With sign-in you can:

• Restore your ledger if you lose your phone or reinstall the app.
• Sync across multiple devices — phone, tablet, second phone — just sign
in with the same Google account.
• Stay in control: backups happen only when you tap "Sync now". Nothing
syncs in the background without your permission.

We collect only your Google email and account ID for the backup. We never
read your transactions, share your data, or sell it. Connection is encrypted
end to end (HTTPS / TLS 1.2+).
