About this app

Inki is an AI document editor for writing that doesn't read like AI.

Ask AI right where you write, so there is no copying text between a chat and your document. Keep your draft open and continue, shorten, or polish it in place.

With Inki, you can:
• Draft with AI from the cursor and keep writing
• Rewrite selected text: Improve, Shorten, Lengthen, Revise, or Deslop
• Ask the assistant about structure and wording, with web search when you need it
• Review suggested changes as a diff before applying them
• Generate and edit images with AI
• Organize notes in folders and find them with search
• Attach PDFs, images, or photos from your camera for context
• Open saved versions and go back to an earlier draft
• Pick up the same documents on the web and in the Mac app

Use Inki for emails, articles, proposals, reports, essays, books, and fiction. It works for a short note and for a draft you keep growing.

Start with the free plan. A subscription is required for more AI usage. An account is required.
