Shiftly Team is the app for staff. See when you're working, tell your manager when
you can work, book time off, and sort cover with your team, without a group chat.

WHEN AM I WORKING
Your next shift is the first thing you see, with the rest of the week underneath.
Hours account for unpaid breaks, so the number on screen is the number you're paid
for.

WHEN I CAN WORK
Set your availability day by day: all day, a set window, or not at all. Your
manager's rota builder reads it, so keeping it current means fewer shifts you can't
do. You can also ask to keep the same days each week.

TIME OFF AND SICK DAYS
Book holiday, tell your manager you're sick, or ask for particular days off in a
week. See what's been approved and what's still waiting, with your manager's note
when they leave one.

COVER AND SWAPS
Offer a shift to the whole team or to one person. Pick up shifts your teammates
have put up for grabs, first come first served. Everyone who needs to know is told
automatically.

GETTING STARTED
Your manager gives you a six character code. Enter it, tap your name, and you're in.
No work email needed, so your personal address is fine.

Shiftly Team works with a Shiftly account provided by your employer. If your
workplace doesn't use Shiftly yet, point your manager at shiftly.so.
