It's a good car rental app. All prices are upfront minus the mileage as that's calculated after usage, but the mileage rate is posted on the chosen vehicle. You can lock and unlock the vehicle through the app. Cars are push to start. I personally have the car delivered to my home as that's easier than going to a location that's far away. The whole app is in Korean, but I've managed to do everything I need with Google Translate on screenshots.

Excellent Service and Convenient Experience I recently rented a car from Socar and had an overall excellent experience. The booking process was straightforward through their app, with clear pricing and no hidden fees. The car itself was in great condition—clean, well-maintained, and drove smoothly. I rented a Sorento which was perfect for my trip, offering both comfort and good fuel efficiency. The vehicle was also equipped with modern features like GPS and Bluetooth.♡

1 week before the automated renewal 쏘카 charged us for a whole other month. We tried to dismiss through the application, but it didn't work. When we called them, they told us it is no problem, they would pick it up. 1 day later, they changed their mind and refused to give us the money back. We recorded all calls, but 쏘카 doesn't care. My wife handled all calls and she is Korean, so there is not a misunderstanding due to translation.
